Dr. Magray’s technical expertise includes CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing, live and confocal microscopy, FIJI/ImageJ-based image analysis, zebrafish infection assays, molecular cloning, PCR/qPCR, RNA-based analysis, and quantitative data analysis in R. He has contributed to teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and has served as reviewer for journals including Frontiers in Cellular and Infection Microbiology, BMC Microbiology, Journal of Fungi and Infectious Disease Reports. His work bridges basic immunology with translational questions in infectious disease and host-directed therapy.
