Advertisement Notice for the Position of Junior Project Fellow (JPF) in the JKST&IC funded project
Applications on plain paper are invited from the eligible candidates for the position of Junior Project Fellow (JPF) in the project entitled “Population and reproductive biology of some forage fishes from Dal Lake, Kashmir” sanctioned by J&K Science Technology and Innovation Council, Department of Science and Technology, Government of Jammu and Kashmir. The position is temporary and maximum for a period of two years or co-terminus with the project. The PI and the University of Kashmir reserve the right to terminate the engagement of the fellow at any time, if work performance is not satisfactory.

Essential Qualification:
M.Sc. Zoology
Desirable Qualification:
Candidates having qualified NET/SET and having working experience in Fisheries and Limnology field-work shall be preferred

Applications along with the relevant documents/certificates indicating qualification, percentage of marks in the qualifying examination, age, experience and publication (if any) along with a cover letter mentioning the contact details should be submitted through Google Form http://surl.li/qvfml by or before 03-03-2024. The interview for the JPF position shall be held in the Office Chamber of the Head, Department of Zoology, University of Kashmir, Srinagar. The details of the interview shall be conveyed to the eligible candidates through email/call.
